Bronze - Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning 7.00-8.00am, Monday to Thursday afternoon 3.30-4.15pm and Saturday morning 9.30-10.15am.
Silver - Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning 7.00-8.00am, Monday to Thursday afternoon 4.15-5.15pm and Saturday morning 8.30-9.30am.
Gold - Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning 5.30-7.00am OR 6.30-8.00am, Monday to Thursday afternoon 5.30-6.45pm (Wednesday 4.15-5.45pm due to swimming club) and Saturday morning 7.00-8.30am. Dry land training fortnightly on Thursday 4.30pm-5.30pm each even week of the school term.
Squads fees are based on a term to term basis (paid per term block) or an ongoing basis (paid monthly by Ezidebit). School holiday training is included for swimmers paying ongoing monthly fees and at an additional cost for per term swimmers.

Need to be able to swim 25m of all four strokes with ease.
To improve skills learned in learn to Swim. Perfecting correct dives, starts, turns & finishes.
Will do 1-1.5km per session. Using all types of equipment like flippers, kick boards and pull buoys.
Need to be able to swim 50m of all four strokes with ease. Usually older primary school to early years of high school.
Similar aims as bronze squad with a more technical focus.

Ability to swim longer distances is all strokes.
To improve technique, fitness and racing skills with a view to moving into competitive swimming.
Swimmers will do 2-3km per session. Intermediate and senior squads do similar sessions; senior squad will do more repetitions with less resting periods. A more individualised program can be tailored to swimmers depending on their goals (triathlons, specific strokes & distances)
