Games and equipment are used to stimulate our youngest swimmers.
Students will graduate from this level when they can safely enter and exit the water, demonstrate streamline position with freestyle kicking and floating on their back.
Our turtle level is the place to start for introduction to formal freestyle skills.
Turtles will continue to work on water confidence, basic water safety and freestyle. Backstroke is introduced at this level.
