Lesson Schedule

Bronze 1 - Monday, Thursday afternoon 3.30-4.15pm and Saturday morning 9.30-10.15am

Bronze 2 - Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday afternoon 3.30-4.15pm

** Due to pool space, you must adhere to the Bronze squad that you have registered for **

Silver - Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning 7.00-8.00am, Monday to Friday afternoon 4.15-5.15pm and Saturday morning 8.30-9.30am

Gold - Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning 5.30-7.00am OR 6.30-8.00am, Monday to Friday afternoon 5.15-6.45pm and Saturday morning 7.00-8.30am

Lesson Pricing

Squads fees are based on a term to term basis (paid per term block) or an ongoing basis (paid monthly by Ezidebit).  School holiday training is included for swimmers paying ongoing monthly fees and at an additional cost for per term swimmers.

Bronze Squad - $210 per term

Silver Squad - $240 per term

Gold Squad - $260 per term

Morning Squad only - $210 per term

Ongoing Squad - Bronze - $85 Silver - $95 Gold - $105 per month Ezidebit

Swim Squad Levels

Bronze Squad

Skills Required

Need to be able to swim 25m of all four strokes with ease.


Aim of Lessons

To improve skills learned in learn to Swim. Perfecting correct dives, starts, turns & finishes.


Class Structure

Will do 1-1.5km per session. Using all types of equipment like flippers, kick boards and pull buoys.

Silver Squad

Skills Required

Need to be able to swim 50m of all four strokes with ease.  Usually older primary school to early years of high school.


Aim of Lessons

Similar aims as bronze squad with a more technical focus.


Class Structure

Will do 1-1.5km per session. Using all types of equipment like flippers, kick boards and pull buoys.

Gold Squad

Skills Required

Ability to swim longer distances is all strokes.


Aim of Lessons

To improve technique, fitness and racing skills with a view to moving into competitive swimming.


Class Structure

Swimmers will do 2-3km per session. Intermediate and senior squads do similar sessions; senior squad will do more repetitions with less resting periods. A more individualised program can be tailored to swimmers depending on their goals (triathlons, specific strokes & distances)
